Clear data choices.

When you order, we process your name, email, phone number, delivery address, ordered products, payment status and fulfilment details. We use this information to create, deliver and support your order.

Meta measurement runs by default so we can understand visits, product views, additions to bag, checkout starts and confirmed purchases. Events may include product identifiers, value, currency, page URL, browser identifiers and privacy-safe hashed contact fields for matching. Checkout details and card information are never sent as event content.

Choose “Measurement settings” in the footer and select “Opt out of measurement”. The choice is stored on that browser and prevents the Meta Pixel from loading on later visits. You can turn measurement back on from the same control.

We use hosting, payment, delivery and analytics providers only for their relevant service. We apply access controls and retain order records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations.
